Keyboard: Ctrl or ⌘ + Enter copies. Escape clears. Text stays in this browser.

Filled square (negative) letters

Each mapped capital becomes a dark boxed glyph. The set is smaller than hollow squares. Unmapped characters remain Latin, so mixed strings look uneven—keep to short all-caps labels.

High-contrast bios

Filled squares read as badges. They are worse for body copy than hollow squares because interior counters disappear at small sizes.

Print and dark mode

In dark-mode apps a filled square can blend into the background. Test both themes. Local only.

Frequently asked questions

Hollow or filled squares for a logo?

Hollow squares keep letter counters. Filled squares are louder and fail more often at small sizes.

Do lowercase letters convert?

Often only uppercase is mapped. Type caps for a consistent row.

Can I mix circled and squared?

Convert pieces on each tool, then concatenate. There is no mixed-style parser.
